By purchasing, downloading, or using the "Sustenance" software (the "Application"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

Manifest Software grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for your own personal or household use. You may install the Application on multiple devices owned by you, provided they are for your own use.

2. NO WARRANTY ("AS IS")

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MANIFEST SOFTWARE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE CALCULATIONS (CALORIES, WATER REQUIREMENTS, SHELF LIFE) ARE 100% ACCURATE OR ERROR-FREE.

3. SURVIVAL & SAFETY DISCLAIMER

This Application is a planning tool only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, professional survival training, or common sense.

• Do not rely solely on this Application for life-critical decisions.
• Water Safety: The included guides on water disinfection are reference materials from third-party sources (e.g., EPA). Manifest Software is not responsible for illness or death resulting from improper water treatment.
• Food Safety: Shelf-life estimates are approximations. Always inspect food for spoilage before consumption.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MANIFEST SOFTWARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.

5. REFUNDS

As this is a digital downloadable product with full offline capability, all sales are final. Exceptions may be made in cases of proven technical incompatibility at our sole discretion.

6. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
